Dr. Kim is a great doctor and is very caring! Dr. Kim removed a large benign tumor from my kidney and did not remove my kidney, which I will always be grateful to him for that. Dr. Kim is the best! Thank you Dr. Kim!

Kaiser's go-to guy for PCa. His team rocks. Dr. Kim is a rockstar in San Diego Urology. I am a patient that tracks my health metrics closely and that takes responsibility for my own health. First, Dr. Kim is very engaged in his field of urologic oncology. He is passionate about urology medicine and curing his patients. He has a support team that is equally committed. Second, he listens to me. I have had other Kaiser doctors roll their eyes when I spoke about medical matters that I had researched. Dr. Kim didn't. I sent Dr. Kim material, not just studies but a book, and then asked him about it later. He had read the book I sent him, and was able to discuss its subject matter with some detail. Third, he's a smart guy and is able to draw logical conclusions from the data that presents itself based upon not just his experience, his substantial independent review of literature, but mathematical probability. I've dealt with Kaiser for decades. Dr. Kim is exceptional and if he's on your chart… you are in good hands

Absolutely not impressed. Not sure how Kaiser finds these doctors. My interaction made me feel he was more about how his treatment decisions save Kaiser money than about state of the art, cutting edge medicine which provides the best care for patients.
