My husband had his first visit this week with Dr. Neely and I went into the office also. She was just so personable, thorough, and took her time asking many health questions about his general health and beyond. We both walked out feeling so satisfied we finally found a doctor we can trust and feel comfortable with.

Dr Neely is the best Dr I have ever had to treat me, she treats patients with respect, dignity and patience.

I was made to feel very comfortable at my first visit with Dr. Neely and did not have to wait. She was very easy to talk with and did an excellent job helping me to share information with her. She was upbeat and positive and very encouraging. She took the time needed to learn about me. Most important, I really felt she listened and cared. My husband and I have been seeing Doc Neely since her first year of practicing under Crossroads. I am SO very grateful to have finally found a doctor who actually sits down and cares enough to really listen to what you have to say about your ailments. I've not found such a doctor since leaving my beloved pediatrician many years ago. Doc Neely has very friendly staff and a comfortable office. I have been a patient with Dr. Neely since she opened. I have discovered she does NOT do patient admits so your stuck with a doctor you do not know and does NOT know you. Plus she send you out for EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING. I waas having typical GI problems.Any dr could have at least ordered the tests, instead she made me an appointment 4 months later with another dr and gave me nothing to help with the symptoms, pain or the inability to function. If your looking for a dr that will treat you when your sick or have a problem, look somewhere else

Excellent. Wouldn't trade her!! I consider her not only my doctor but also a friend. Takes plenty of time with me, and genuinely cares about her patients.
