Months to get an appointment. Then two hour wait time in office with no apology/explanation. Just to be instructed to take over the medication for mt extremely painful arthritis. (Almost) laughable. Have since found a physician that actually CARES. How refreshing.

Dr. Patel started off as a helpful doctor in terms of getting my pain levels under control, but when I attempted to start getting my infusions done at her office instead of Paragon Infusion, I got the run-around. She actually told me that I could get the infusion done at her office so it was weird that that they wouldn't set the appointment. They mentioned that the price would be the same as Paragon and I told them I would just not do the infusions anymore. At that point I started looking at other rheumatologists. One of those doctors needed to see my records before he could see me, so I had Patel's office send the records over. Mind you, I was just shopping around at this point. The next thing I know they have canceled my upcoming appointments and actually told me it was because I asked them to fax my records. I have actually done this with my primary doctor and did not get my appointments canceled. I am not a slave to any doctor and should be allowed to shop around without getting… kicked to the curb. The testimony in all this is when I started having trouble with Patel's office and no longer able to get infusions, I started feeling better. There was no more pain in my feet and hands even when I ate foods that had sugar in them. I guess God was trying to tell me that He was my healer, not Patel Banker. So what the devil meant for evil, God meant for good. I thank Him for my healing, but I wouldn't suggest anybody going to Arthritis & Rheumatology. Everybody won't have my storybook ending. Some will start to shop around and get dropped and still be in pain. Think about that. What if I was still in pain and couldn't get meds because their feelings were hurt. That's a dangerous game to play. I will now be forced to get off the other medication I was taking. I have no doubt I will continue to be painless. If God heals you, that settles it.

Zero stars if I could. I'm a patient and have been trying to reach Dr. Patel-Banker for 10 days. TEN DAYS! Emails, voicemails. No one answers the phone. You're lucky if someone answers every 10 calls. They don't care at all about their patients. This office should be under the review of the Board of Medicine. It's an absolute atrocity.
