This office over charges you. In addition to requesting the patient to pay their copay, this office charges a behavioral assessment fee. According to the office, the behavioral assessment is their list of check-in questions asking patients on their social/emotional state before they see their doctor. When I tried to ask to discuss this over charging with their office manager on the phone, Caleb would only reply via email. He even attempted to email me after the office closed my patient portal which means I had no access to the email. Dr. Garcia-Webb is an excellent physician. Too bad this office is not. Ask to see what they are charging you in addition to your copay. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

She is a wonderful physician who is caring and compassionate and takes the time needed to speak with her patients. As a fellow healthcare provider, this quality is hard to find in physicians. I highly recommend her!!

This new young and inexperienced doctor needs a few more years of school. She is judge mental and doesn’t listen to what you need. STAY AWAY
