This is the worse physician experience I ever had. When I made the appointment, the office never told me I would be having my eyes dilated and I didn’t bring anybody to give me a ride home When I arrived for the appointment, I waited over 1 hour to see the physician. When I got to see him, he was annoyed my eyes were not dilated and spent maybe 2 minutes with me and was talking to me as he was leaving the room, He told he could not do anything for me and told me to see an optometrist. I have elevated eye pressures and need every 6 month monitoring by a physician. He does not have up to date equipment to monitor. He treats his patients like cattle and not humans. He gives no explanation of diagnosis nor education. Will not be going back to see him!!!!

Fabulous…the Dr. is Wonderful..knows right away what’s up w your eyes, doesn’t mess around direct and to the point…I Highly recommend him…

I spent 90 minutes for a 30 minute appointment. ( I even arrived 10 minutes early). Took forty minutes for his assistant to see me, for all of five - seven minutes, then waited another 45 minutes for Dr. Shaff to see me. That took all of 5 minutes. So allowing for reasonable time for my eyes to dilate, I spent over an hour sitting around. This is a production environment, functional but not very friendly. Not very respectful of the patients time. I am ( or was) a returning patient. Unfortunately I think I need to find someone else.

Dr Shaff is excellent...he listens and explains things so that it is easy to understand...and and looks you in the eyes when he talks to you and when he is listening to you...and it makes you feel like you are really being heard...wonderful...and the entire staff are the most fun people...they smile...they laugh...and they are all know their jobs and are very knowledgeable and can answer any question(s) that you have...you feel good when you leave their office knowing the quality of professionalism that they take care of you with...

I had an excellent visit for my eye exam with Dr. Shaff and staff. He was very lovely, personable and efficient. You too will like him, I think!

Making an appointment wasn't easy - phone calls not returned, when I finally made one, it was a 2 month wait. However, the actual appointment went well, all of the staff and Dr Shaff were professional and helpful. I'll be going back!

I had a great experience. He listens, spends time answering questions and makes you feel at ease.

I met with Dr. Shaff regarding a cornea injury. His examination and diagnosis was thorough. He was very professional and the antibiotic prescription was spot on. Two follow-up meetings are forthcoming. His clinical support was exceptional.

I trust Dr Shaaf’s expertise 100%. He has been a excellent doctor for me and will continue to be.
