Dr. Soroush as usual was wonderful. The time I spent in the waiting room is another story. I arrived at 9am for my 9:15 appointment. The check in person was excellent. However while I was waiting every single person who was in the waiting room when I arrived as well as every single person who came in after me, and there were many, was called in before me. My issue is not with the wait but with the fact that no one thought to talk to me and explain why I was still waiting. I understand that there are reasons and explanations for waiting. I don’t understand the lack of communication. Thank you.
