The doctor yawned up and down while facetime with patient and didn't even care to hide it. Didn't seem to be caring or compassionate. I called the staff the day before the virtual appt, they didn't mention a thing about copay so I assumed that they'd collect it at the end of the appt. No, they called an hour before the appt to collect $29 co-pay and since I was not available to answer the call, they cancelled the appt at the minute of the appt even though I offered to pay there on the spot. And that was after I took my daughter as a patient and my husband to my work place on my working day to get ready for this virtual appt. Almost everyone has vaccine now, and they still take the lazy cut by having virtual instead of in person to see and read the patients better. I'm not just saying it, I am a dentist and have patient's saliva splash on my face everyday here and with mask on, I've not been sick and has vaccine now. Overall, I don't feel that my daughter is in good hands. We're… just settling for now because there's no doctor available to see us right away.

My daughter is a patient and has run out of her RX refills. The office phone numbers either are not set to receive messages or someone picks up a phone and immediately hangs up. Sadly, her treatment has been ignored by this provider.

Dr. Afrina never sees patients. At our last visit, assistant Alex screwed up prescription and caused big mess for daughter needing her monthly meds. They also tend to remove negative reviews.

Dr. Afrina helped save me. She's not the type of Doctor that you just walk into her office and she prescribes meds. No, she listens to you without rushing you. As long as you are completely honest with her she will find the right meds for you. If you're not honest then she will not be able to adequately help you. She is so warm and truthful with you.

Dr. Mehvesh Afrina prescribed anti depressant to the child with only seeing her for 5 minutes before speaking to me as a parent to understand what led to the situation. It seems that she only prescribe medicine without any basis of her assessment. Attempted to get assessment and information has gone nowhere, she is not answering any of my request. My only question to her was to show me her assessment concluding that my 15 years old requires Zoloft. Is she getting commission?????? If you have a child, it is highly recommended to think twice prior to taking to this DR. My opinion.

Front office staff are some times rude. Very difficult to get in touch via phone. Don't return calls after leaving a message but Tifany refers always say to leave a message. She is difficult and rude. It was not like this before.

Dr Afrina has not once returned my call. My daughter was in an inpatient hospital stay and I had questions for her. Not once. Her office staff always sounds irritated, probably because they are understaffed for the patient load. Dr Afrina's calendar is always full, cant get in edgewise. i called to reschedule to a later time of the day and her entire month was full. It's the 5th of the month! How can you manage your patients accurately that way?
