Dr. Mei-Hui Chen, MD

Rude staff. Dirty office. Unprofessional doc. Long wait time. Way overbooked.

Dr Chen is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She doesn't care how sick you are as long as you or your insurance pay the bill. There is no follow up AT ALL. I have to follow up with her office every time. She needs to have a heart first before she continues to practice the medical profession.

I am suspicious that the first review is written by the doctor herself. The assistant and the front desk staffs are very helpful. But dr. Chen is the worst doctor I have ever seen or heard. She does not care patients' feeling and didn't correctly diagnose. There is no follow up on the tests. She just told me my pain could heal by itself. That's so NOT true. She only cares about the money and there is no moral. Please don't even consider to go there. I don't know why Dr. Kuo wants to team up with her. If you want to put your health in a doctor has no skill/knowledge nor moral, you could think about Dr. Chen.
