Always seems rushed, more interested in checking off boxes on the computer screen. Spends 90% of the visit looking at and typing into the computer instead of interacting with the patient. It's like having a data entry clerk as a physician. Doesn't listen, doesn't read results of tests she herself ordered. Often rude, condescending -- pretty awful, IMO

Dr. Lau has been my PCP for the past two years. She is excellent! Always on time, takes her time to talk with you, listens and fully explaines anything that you don’t understand. My husband and my daughter see her as well and both are very satisfied.

Doctor Lau is intelligent but doesn't listen to her patients, preferring to draw her own conclusions about their medical status based on looking at their medical history. She seems rushed and may be overworked. I have no doubt she means to be the best doctor possible, but I found her attitude to be condescending, felt like she didn't listen to my needs, and I will not be back.

I am an 81 old Prof. have seen many many care help person. Dr. Amy Kok Lau is peerless- very professional- accurate- thorough and fine. She is the best
