From start to finish the care I received with my knee surgery was professional and caring

When my daughter broke her elbow Dr Yeger-McKeever took great care of her. She really took her time with us and answered all our questions. My daughter absolutely loved her and her elbow is all back to normal too!

I had an accident on a Thurs and was told I had a broken leg. The hospital gave me her name and number to have her review my Xrays and to treat my injury. She was able to get me in right away on Friday. To my surprise I was told my leg isn't broken! I tell her where we believe it is broken and she relooks at the xrays and says " yup your correct there it is". That's when I should have left to find someone else. Two weeks later I reach out to her office about my extreme knee pain and they switch me to her assistant. She didn't want to listen to me at all and when I tell her to have Dr Mckeever call me because she doesn't seem to care or want to listen she HANGS UP ON ME! I drive directly to the office to confront them about what just happened. The office manager was wonderful and completely understood why I was up set and had someone else look at my knee while I was there. He said everything looks fine and wait until my follow up with Mckeever in two weeks. On the follow up she says… everything seems to be healing perfectly and is happy with the progress. I can still hardly move my knee and still hurts to walk so she sets me up for a MRI. While waiting to meet with her on the follow up from the MRI I send the disc to another doctor. He's shocked to see my leg is broken in two other locations at the top of my tibia! I am told to completely stay off it and I am damaging it by walking on it. I now get the report from the radiologist who did the MRI and his report also said to stay off of my leg. Now I meet with Mckeever and she said everything looks good and there was a small fracture but it is healing nicely. She them sets me up to start physical therapy to get my leg going and no restriction on walking! Did she not review the report from the MRI!! I can't believe how incompetent she has been every step of the way. I will never go back or recommend anyone go to her. To have a leg broken in three locations and she completely missed them all! Not acceptable by any means!!
