Hi, my name is Meisha, and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients in Nevada. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, insomnia & sleep issues, burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), women’s issues, and life transitions. I’ve been in nursing for over 12 years and completed my master’s and psychiatric training at Chamberlain University. I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, and together with my colleagues at Lavender Psychiatry, I’m on a mission to create a world where feelings are felt, respected, and cared for.

My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, engagement, and a genuine personal connection. I believe in establishing a strong, collaborative relationship with each client, where we work together to make informed decisions about their treatment. I chose to pursue a career as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner because I have always been deeply interested in …understanding the complexities of people—their emotions, their stories, and the aspects of themselves they may keep hidden from others. This curiosity has guided my professional journey and shaped the way I approach patient care. I have seen firsthand how someone’s life can transform when they feel truly understood and supported.

My practice is inclusive and welcoming, embracing diversity in culture, background, and experience. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including students, parents, professionals from various fields, skilled tradespeople, service industry workers, retail employees, entrepreneurs, artists, and technology experts. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where each individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their therapeutic goals. Starting treatment can be a scary and intimidating process. I’ve successfully treated many people who are new to psychiatric care.
