A patient called Afford A Doc a telemedicine company stating that her mother received a back brace from Dr Cooper. We found no records of this patient ever speaking to Dr. Cooper about a problem or receiving a brace within our system. We have many physicians in the system and not one of our doctors spoke with this patient nor Dr. Cooper. The individual proceeded by posting this information on the internet about Dr. Cooper. This is false information. We conduct safe and fair telemedicine for patients and all conversations are recorded.

Dr. Melanie Cooper commits Medicare fraud by writing Prescriptions for Durable Medical Equipment that was not requested by the patient or needed. She says that she speaks to the patient about their pain, but when asked to prove it, she says she will call you back and then never answers your call again. Do not go to her, she is either working for or running it herself a company that preys on elderly people by committing Medicare fraud.
