Waited a whole year for her to skim and repeat a couple of questions from the questionnaire we filled out to me. Tells me my son doesn't have autism, just a learning delay based off of the questions she recited to me. That's not what you expect from someone with a degree in this profession. Her diagnoses also doesn't coincide with the emotional experiences my son has on a daily basis since a baby similiar to children who are considered autistic. Waste of our time and we are back at square one.

She doesn’t care about the well-being of her clients and does not give any coping mechanisms.

Satisfied with adult cognitive behavioral (talk therapy) treatment. Ongoing appointments and making progress following agreed upon goals. Nice person, follows through on addressing goals and where you are at the time you see her. Very knowledgeable and explains how and why she is doing things.

My husband and I waited 9 months to see Dr. Cotter and I cannot express how greatly disappointed we were when we came to have our daughter evaluated. Not only were we just another number, she had no concern for our daughter she was just trying to get through the consultation as fast as she could. She showed no concern for our feedback and she even rolled her eyes at us. I flew through the diagnosis and the results of the examination. She is awful, America we really need to set our standards higher. Meeting with her was a tremendous waste of time and energy.
