Dr. Crane is a very competent, friendly and caring doctor who balances my multiple issues like a professional juggler. Been going to her for nearly 3 years and I haven't been healthier in the last 20 years.

I was referred to dr. Crane. Very nice, and takes time to really listen to whats going on with your issues. Love that! My only issue is that if your sick and need to see herâ?¦ Forget about it! It takes months on months of waiting to get an appointment. So you better have another Doctor as a back up. Which Im looking for one now! Don't get me wrong! She's very sweet. But I need a doctor that will be able to see me when Im sick. A week are two appointment wait, or even a month. But 5 to 6! I could die waiting!

Good, nice doctor if you can possibly get in to see her. She's often unavailable for one reason or another and same day appointments or even same week appointments never happen. If you're sick or in pain just plan on going to urgent care.

Dr. Crane was one of the most caring, nicest Dr.s I have had. I had to move to Kaiser and I miss having her.

Taken most of a lifetime to find a dr. With the high caliber as dr. melanie crane.couldnt say more. worth the few moments to wait. she treats you like a person..not patient. she sees you. She guenuinly cares. always positive.

Dr. Crane is caring, kind, and compassionate. These are the qualities that I look for in a doctor and she is simply overall one of the best rated doctors in Riverside County.

Great Doctor! The only issues is getting last minute appointments (e.g. if your sick, you usually cannot get the same day).
