Dr. Melanie Crites-Bachert was attentive, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease. I have had a history of recurrent UTI's and bladder leakage. Through changing my diet, exercise, and increasing my water consumption, I have not had a problem these past 6 months. I highly recommend Dr. Melanie Crites-Bachert to family and friends. Dr.Crites-Bachert is amazing!!!! I have never trusted a doctor like I do her. She is caring and understanding to every question and concern. She took the time to get to know me and had a sense of humor which is definitely necessary in dreaded Doctor visits.

I just want to personally thank Dr Crites for all of her great care. I wish I could scream it from the mountain tops. I have went to several docs who could never seem to diagnose me correctly let alone give the correct treatment. I have been miserable for years and now I feel great and I owe it all to Dr Crites. Thank you ..thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. She has been amazing in every way! Certainly not your typical doc as she always dresses for the occasion! Don’t let her VERY professional appearance fool you, she LISTENS, CARES, and KNOWS what she is doing! I’ve never felt so comfortable, listened to, and then given hope that my condition can be treated. I will never go anywhere else. Her staff is friendly, and they try very hard to make sure you are seen on time. Highly recommend Dr.Crites-Bachert and plan to tell everyone I know to see her for their Urological concerns.

I have never felt so comfortable! Not only is she an expert in her field, she is up-to-date with the latest treatments. I researched her before seeing her and watched some of her videos. She did not disappoint! She made sure I was educated and talked me through the reasons for and treatments of my condition. She is not only spunky but she LISTENS and genuinely cares!
