Wonderful doctor who takes time with patients.

She gives ADHD diagnoses based on surveys? That cant be correct. If I tap my foot during the session do I have ADHD?

Very poor service and too long wait time (usually over an hour). I had to switch to another doctor and is much happier with him.

Had to wait over an hour while was told it wouldn't take more than 15 minutes. She recommended to use a pretty expensive drug. I wasn't sure about that and tried a different doctor and the diagnose wasn't confirmed. Never use this doctor!

Amazing Doctor!!! I have never met a more compassionate, smart, caring, loving physician! My family moved to Texas over 3 yrs ago and I choose Dr Harston to be my son's pediatrician. We have been seeing her since and she sees my 14 mth old as well. She has such an amazing bedside manner and takes all the time you need to make sure all of your questions/concerns are answered! The staff is very helpful and goes over and beyond to help you. They really do care about my kids and my concerns. I wouldn't trade this office for the world! Thank you Dr. Harston and staff!

I have been using Dr. Harston since my first son was born 19 years ago. She is a great doctor and my kids love her.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Harston's since she was born and I would recommend Dr. Harston to anybody with children.The office is clean and everybody is friendly and curteous.The office waits are usually not very long; I've waiting 5 minutes before and up to 20 minutes, which is still not that bad considering I have waiting hours before with my own doctor.I think very highly of her.

We moved from Keller where I was fed up with my previous pediatrician, who over-reacted and wanted extra tests on anything that was not a sore throat.What a nice change when I took my child to see Dr. Harston. She has a calm demeanor and because of her experience she can assess much more reasonably what is serious and what is not.She takes her time during well check to really get to know the child, asking questions about school, behaviour and interests and my favorite thing is that she explains to my nervous 5 year old everything that she is doing, including saying "It's ok for me to examine you because Mommy is right here".I really, really like her and her office staff.Mother of a 3 and 5 year old, who has been going to the office for 18 months

The staff was very helpful in letting me know which documents they needed to transition my children to the office. They have offered, and were successful, to help me obtain records from a previous that was being evasive on transfer of records. I don't have to wait long for appointments. All nurses are very good with my kids. The doctor was attentive and actively listened when I told her of the symptons my children were having.

The most annoying aspect of visiting this doctor is the long wait time. I often spent 20 or so minutes in the waiting room and usually more than 30 minutes in the exam room. The doctor never acknowledged or apologized for my having to wait. It is very difficult to speak to a person on the phone, and I was unimpressed with the lack of follow-up while my child was sick and the doctor was "out for the rest of the week." I do not recommend this doctor.
