Not a good experience at all, would not recommend. My mother believed everything that the Iora website said, and thought that she would have a great experience here. She went in with a list of concerns, and initially, it appeared as if they were going to be addressed. Sadly, that wasn't the case. The only thing they did was constantly order new blood work. Nothing was done. No treatment plans were created. The website makes it out like they have multiple doctors to assist in care, but they don't. The Pineville location has 1 provider. The website makes it out as if you won't be rushed, but you are. The "health coach" repeated multiple times, at every appointment, that they likely wouldn't be able to discuss everything that day, regardless of the day. They also keep their office completely locked. My mother, who isn't in great health, literally fell outside their door as she couldn't stand any more, after waiting outside for 10 minutes. Simply a horrible experience.

Dr. McMinn was very attentive and kind with me. She seemed knowledgeable and thorough with my issues. She made every visit pleasant.
