Dr. Melanie N Gordon Sheets, MD

She is very closed minded with LGBTQ clients and has views that are not data driven. She is quite rude too with non-verbal body language and I don't think she is even aware of it. I would never recommend her to anyone. BAD

The best of the best! Felt comfortable right away, able to open up, she's easy to talk to, kind, understanding, lots of wisdom, actually talks to you and doesn't ask "How do you feel about that" all the time! She wrote a book, gives you a free one, it's a thick workbook on DBT. It has stuff in there that relates to me and most other people. It's awesome, she's awesome. I definitely recommend her to anyone with depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, and all kinds of life problems.

Dr. Sheets was my practicum supervisor and I think she did an awesome job as a supervisor and in providing services for clients. She always treated me with respect and believed in my abilities. Her confidence in me and encouragement made a huge impact on my career in psychology. I observed her to be empathetic,honest, practical, and genuine in her feedback toward clients and students. She brought a refreshing sense of humor to the environment that seemed to help students and clients feel at ease. I think she is amazing and I am so glad I got to know her and learn from her. I hold her in great respect and would highly recommend her services.

Dr. Sheets has been good for me. She has allowed me to get comfortable with her and we have built a stronger patient-Doctor relationship. She is very patient and compassionate . I have built a trust in her. I am glad she is in my life.

She's awesome, very caring, has even gone over the time allotment to finish up on something real important. I learned about her from my doctor.
