Dr. Roman is a wonderful, caring, and very organized doctor, who has my total trust. She definitely goes the extra mile, and I’m happy that I’m able to take advantage of her expertise. Highly recommend!!

THE WORST DOCTOR MY FAMILY HAS EVER EXPERIENCED!!! LCMC Touro should reconsider having Dr. Melina A. Roman Gerardino on staff. She is far from being concerned about the well-being of her patients, its all but how many patients she can see in a day. My 87 year old partially blind mother was 13 minutes late for her appointment and was turned away. There was no concern about the weather (storming by the way) or what my mother went through to get there, all that mattered to this doctor was SHE WAS 13 MINUTES LATE!!! 13 MINUTES?!? My mother also asked that the doctor call her to at least give her that much consideration.... THERE WAS NOT A CALL MADE. I understand now why this doctor has a rating of 2 out of 5 on the physicians site. Its obvious this 42 year old has lack of empathy and a heart!!!
