Love her! Took my 16 year old to Dr. Frame. She made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease.

Absolutely loved Dr. Frame. I thought all of the staff were very friendly.

I had already been diagnosed, but had to move cities. Went to see Frame, who put me on the pill and told me she would do an ultrasound in a month and give me medicine for my pain(didn't happen). She left and never followed up on this info. So I made an appointment for a month later. After waiting an hour, she finally saw me and had no idea I was there. "oh you're not supposed to have an ultrasound for another few weeks" which would be fine if she had told me this information at the first appointment. This was basically the worst experience I've had with a doctor. It has taken me a long time and a lot of pain to get diagnosed , and when I moved I hoped I could find a doctor as competent as my old one. Instead I just wasted a day (took off work, waited an hour for a five minute appointment [$20], still in pain) and have to wait another month to get in with a better doctor. If you're totally healthy and just getting a pap, I'm sure she's fine. If you have anything wrong with you or… suspect there is something wrong, go somewhere else

Dr. Frame listened to all my problems, and she was very kind. I was very happy that I chose Dr. Frame to be my OB/GYN

She is very soft spoken, she is honest, and she cares about people and her work. She made me feel comfortable to talk to her about my problem. She offered me suggestions on treatments. She wasn't condescending. I really enjoy her as a doctor. I have always been nervous about seeing doctors, but she takes the scary part out of it. She treats me like a friend and not just another patient. I recommend Mobile OB Gyn to anyone.

I was suppose to receive a estrogen cream sample and prescription and did not, also I need information about mammogram results
