Dr Hecker is a good all around professional. First doctor in a long time that I trust.

Nothing but lip service. Had a tough time getting an appointment for a very urgent concern. When I arrived, just about a few minutes late I could not see the doctor. Although my appointment was at 2p and I called at 12:40p to let them know I would be late, at which time no one answered the phone (the staff told me that there is an answering service which in so many words is telling me I'm lying which as former medical staff dealing with patients, YOU JUST DON'T DO!) and extremely disrespect as I most certainly did. In fact, I let the phone ring for quite a while and no answerig service ever came on and judging by the medical staff's cheeky behavior when I sat down I would not put it past her to have erased it from their caller ID. When the member of the medical staff relayed my dire concerns to the doctor whom I asked to speak with (or any medical staff I could not) and she specifically left the part out where I called well ahead of time to inform them of beig late and was unable… to reach anyone. I was offered a later appointment, however, that would have meant taking 2 buses and walking another half a mile in 99 degree whethe just to get there. Awful experience! I will never go back and would tell others the same.
