By far the best RA Dr I've seen .I hated to see her leave West Plans.i feel she truly cares about her patients. I was treated by her 9 years .not the same clinic now.

The staff at this office is very nice; I especially like Melinda the business assistant and Simone the nurse as well! Dr. Melinda Reed always seems like she has genuinely paid attention to my health issues, has thoughtfully considered how to best proceed with treatment, and consistently works towards that goal. I am happy to have them as part of my care team.

Dr. Reed is very thorough. Her nurse staff is very friendly and they are very prompt at your appointment. I feel like I am building a relationship with someone who cares about what I am going through and does not dismiss my symptoms. She gets to the bottom of what is going on.

All she cares about is Money--doesn't care about her patients at all . Awful doctor-Do got o her,If you are change now to save your life. Cause she sure wont.
