Surprised to call and find out that this practice has no functional MD and yet it’s an “integrative” practice. This group’s seems more about supplements rather than employing functional MDs who focus on the root causes of diseases and who treat a wide variety of complex diseases. Very disappointing at a hospital like NMH.

Very poor diagnostic skills. She tested me for gluten sensitivity while I was off gluten. At the time I didn't realize that the results would show as negative because, duh, if you're gluten-sensitive then you need to be eating gluten in order for the sensitivity to show! No gluten will show no sensitivity! Impossible to get an appointment and twice she canceled the day before without offering another appointment time within 2 weeks. You're treated as a number and it's clear she couldn't care less about the individual.
