I have six years of experience as a clinical psychologist, as well as five additional years providing prevention and intervention services as a student, intern, and post-doctoral resident. The majority of my training and professional experience has centered on work addressing the impact of single-incident and complex interpersonal trauma across the lifespan. As a direct result, my clinical focus also encompasses Anxiety, depression, and chronic health related concerns. My approach to psychotherapy tends to be interpersonal and person-centered, with the desire to collaboratively tailor all interventions to individual needs. I believe in the notion that all people have the self-knowledge and inherent capacity to heal themselves, given a safe space and opportunity to do so.
