No affect. No empathy. Very surprised. Expected my family member would receive, culturally sensitive if not culturally competent care, and above all, caring. I am sad

I have been to several different doctors before Dr. Baldwin and none compare to her. She really listens to you as a person instead of just another medical file. She's really caring. Im a high risk patient due to other health problems and she performed my tubal ligation with no problems. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Baldwin took great care of me during surgery and my recovery. Answered all of my questions. My family and I were very comfortable knowing she was the surgeon taking care of me.

Every single visit to this Dr has been horrible. Either she doesn't bother to look at ur chart or doesn't take u serious when u have problems and every single visit takes at least 1-2 hrs worth of wait time. Never felt a Dr treated their patients more like nothing but a paycheck than when going into this office.

Dr. Baldwin has been nothing but supportive my entire pregnancy. She was there 24 hours a day whenever I needed her. She has excellence bedside manners, an amazing staff and overall wonderful practice.
