Dr. Melissa Jane Aldy

The issues with Dr. Aldy's practice are multiple: 1. The office staff are non-caring, non- helpful, brash, loud and rude, plus, the phones lines are always busy, which makes it difficult to follow up or even make appointments. They don't reach out to you with updates, you must call, and call, and call. 2. Dr. Aldy's work is subpar at best. I had a crown put in by her that kept falling out and a second one that's now cracked as though constructed from the poorest material. 3. Most disturbingly, Dr. Aldy referred me to LSU school of dentistry for implants but after I got the implants put in, she has refused to provide me with follow up care and service claiming that it is too difficult to obtain my records from LSU. Her office staff, when I called for an update after weeks of not hearing back, said that the fee she was charging me was not enough for the difficulty of acquiring my records. So, I am now left with two implant bases with no crowns because she is "not interested in… following through with the procedure". That, to me, was an insult, which shows how little she cares about me as a client.

Best Dentist I have ever had, no pain. Very professional. Will recommend every person I know.

Dr. Melissa Adly and her dental assistant very professional but her front office manager needs training and customer service relations she's very rude and unprofessional. I can't believe Dr. Adly doesn't hear the way her front office manager is speaking and treating her patients the place is not that big

Didn't get any procedures done yet but Dr. Aldy & staff seems very professional & kind

Such a pleasant experience! Appointment was scheduled quickly, staff was terrific. Procedure was almost painless.
