My visit was quite the opposite of the reviews I read and I have been to her twice. I don’t normally do this, but I thought it was unfair to this doctor. I rated her 5 stars on every category.

This doctor does not care at all about her patients. After waiting 3 hours to see her and actually seeing het walk by, I just left. I went to another Patient First in Chester Va 45 minutes from her where I was seen in 20 minutes. Patient First Mechanicsville was not busy when I waited over 3 hours for Dr. Aquilo.The times before that Dr. Aquilo was rude and uncaring. I don't understand how she changed over the years, because when I first met her 9 years ago, she was very nice.

She is my primary care physician, but I am offended my her non caring attitude. I am out of my antidepressants, and pharmacy and I have called repeatedly to get refilled and have waited all day and still not done. She acts like she doesn’t care about mental problems at all. I called today and told them to make note how bad she treats me and I’ve had enough!! I will change Drs immediately! She makes me feel like a sub human!

Not friendly at all. She has a condescending attitude. She may want to take a few courses on how to treat/speak to patients.

This doctor doesn't care how long you have to wait and bedside manner and attitude are condescending and horrific. Would never recommend anyone to her practice, ever!
