Horrible experience! Front desk person Paula was hostile and malevolent. After I complained about her behavior, Dr. Newman, instead of ensuring respectful and fair treatment of all patients, threw our family out! The office submitted wrong information to insurance company(Cigna). They neglected to mention that procedures were done on 2 different teeth, that led to denial by Cigna. I had to make multiple calls and appeal Cigna decision. After my appeal was approved, the dental office was paid contract fee as participating provider, and after I paid my portion of the bill, I continued to be billed by dental office. I received 6 bills: 3 bills on one day, and another 3 bills-on next day. All 6 bills were dated by the day of my birthday. After Cigna intervened on my behalf, it turned out that not only I didn’t owe the dental office anything, but I overpaid them, and Cigna made them to return money to me. I didn’t expect such a treatment by dental office.
