Dr. Hollie and her entire staff are wonderful! She knows exactly what to do for her patients. I've been going to Dr. Hollie for over 10 years now.

I was trying to make an appointment with Dr. Hollie, heard awesome things about her but her staff lacks customer service! Long hold times, phone clicks, hanging up and no one returning calls. First impressions are always important and I have not had a chance to even meet Dr. Hollie.

I will admit I was a just nervous about the office but the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr Hollie is amazing.

I'm so frustrated with Dr. Hollie office & staff, I recently had labs done and a mammogram, of which I received results back that were concerning to me and 3weeks later to date I haven't heard from my Dr. or anyone in her office, when I called to see if they have the results I was told they may be on her co-workers desk but she's off, and the Dr. don't talk to patients via telephone if you want to talk to the Dr. you must make an appointment to see her. They can only send her a email and she tells them what to do via email. I read the reviews and I agree totally that Dr. Hollie is so nice I really love her, but at this time I'm gonna have to find a Dr. that cares about patient overall health & concerns and not to charge me a office visit just to discuss my concerns & there isn't a nurse on staff that you can talk to, to help alleviate any concerns just unprofessional medical assistants whom obviously is there only for the pay check.

They all need to get reported to the nurses board

Dr. Hollie is a very friendly, caring and honest doctor as a patient I feel she truly cares and listens to what I have to say and the I think the enviorment is very nice and her staff is always smiling and greets their patients no matter what they are doing!

My overall rating of Dr. Hollie is very good. She is professional, engaging, and personable. However, the office needs a major renovation. Never have I seen carpet in an exam room! The staff should also have on scrubs, not street clothes.

I never got the opportunity to even make it to a appointment with Dr. Holly. She has a male on staff that handles new patients and he is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He exemplified poor customer service skills and should be fired. I’ve been recommended to her office by multiple people, but after my experience, I will tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER patronize her establishment which is unfortunate because I love to support my fellow black business owners.

My first two visits were fine. Dr. Holli seemed to be extremely nice, understanding and attentive. After that my next couple of visits were terrible. Be sure to ask all the questions you have for her before she walks out of the room because it is close to impossible to ask another question once she walks out of the room. The staff is terrible also, they don't answer the phone much and when they do they forget your on hold or either hangs up on you after holding on the line for 25 to 30 minutes at a time. When you ask the persons name they are very hesitant to provide you with it. They also lie to get you off the phone quickly. When asked if their was a patient portal or an email I could to contact Dr. Holli I was told I could not speak with her and finally I got an email which was a personal hot mail account. Now i don't know about anyone else but... I am not comfortable with that at all and never have I even heard of such nonsense. These people could care less about the patients… needs. All about the money. Where are the good/caring doctors at? Don't think for a second that Dr. Holli does not have knowledge of her staffs rude unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Your staff is a reflection of you. (SAD)
