Dr. Melissa Rachel Kenig

I'm a new patient and so happy I found Dr. Kenig! I had scheduled a new patient appointment but ended up going there that day very sick. She diagnosed me with a severe upper respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics. Within 2 days I was feeling so much better! Routine blood results showed elevated white count so she wanted to check it again. This time everything came back absolutely normal. I like that she wanted to follow up to be sure it was from me being sick and not an underlying problem! I am definitely going to be staying with her, she is very caring and knowledgable!

Dr Kenig is a very nice person but she does poorly when it comes to follow up. Her staff is insensitive and rude. They are lousy with paperwork, such as referrals and filling out paperwork. They are also liars. Dr. Kenig is a hands on doctor, which I really appreciated. She is so young and not well versed on a lot of issues. I guess with more experience and better staff, she will be ok.

No privacy!! while waiting for Dr. Kenig to come in 3 different staff members came into my exam room without even acknowleding that I was sitting there. Also, the exam room door was left open so I could hear the patient across the hall discribing their symptoms and the vitals and what meds they were taking. Then one of the male Dr's waltzed into my exam room with a nurse and they were talking to each other about which tool they needed from the cabinet and what procedure they were going to do on the patient next door. Again, neither acknowledged the fact that i was sitting there and a complete privacy violation.

Dr. Kenig took all the time necessary to get to the bottom of my concerns. She was correct in her diagnosis, recommendations, and opinions. I am very thankful and appreciative for her expertise !!!

Excellent doctor we feel that she takes the time needed with us, is always interested in what we have to say and follows up on any problems we have.
