She takes the time with you and is not hesitant to order any test necessary. My husband was scheduled for surgery he went to Dr. Launder for a pre check up- he had never seen her before-- she saved his life by finding both his arteries were 99% blocked. He would have died on the table.

Where are you???? I want to keep you as my primary doctor. Ashame ,a contract with Bay Care makes patients have no choice. Shame on Bay Care. Patients should have the choice of if they want to follow their doctor not being able to find you and Bay Care keeping a secret is totally crooked politics. Again shame on Bay Care for not putting the patient first.

Dr. Melissa Launder is a one of a kind Dr. She has an EXCELLENT bedside manner and gives a very throw examination. She explains what she is doing and listens to the patient and answers any question the patient may asked without rushing through and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Launder is the best Dr. my mother and I have ever had. Thank You Dr. Launder!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Launder is a wonderful doctor with an excellent 'bedside manner' and her staff is also exceptional. Dr Launder has helped me solve many of my medical issues ~ along with a couple broken bones and torn ligaments ~ and seems truly interested in me and my health.

I have been with dr launder about 2 years. she is kind, she listens and thorough. if she doesn't know, she finds someone that does. she also does follow-ups after I see my specialists. I was running an infection and she called me on Saturday evening at 6pm with the results. she is wonderful with my daughter as well. I am very happy with dr launder.......

Dr. Launder is very kind, patient and caring. I had been suffering from chronic problems for years and Dr. Launder was the only one who has ever taken the time to listen to me and make diagnosis. She never makes you feel as though you are taking too much time or that your complaint is trivial. Her nurse Melissa is always a pleasure to work with.
