Dr. Melissa Joy Lueking, MD

My Child has been seeing this doctor for about 2 - 3 years. I have found the office return calls to be very slow, It takes days before you hear anything from them. They say they will call you back and they don't. When you ask them to send info to another doctor they... A. never make it or B. only part of them make it. If I did not take matters in my own hands I am sure my child would have died left in her uncapable hands. I would never trust her with your life or child.

Reception area staff are rude -- will ignore you while they spend time on personal phone calls. Need a prescription filled? Can take days. This not DR fault. This is staff fault. Dr L very personable. Super nice. But doesn't follow-up, doesn't read prior notes etc.... Seems like grasping at straws sometimes. She is a younger doctor -- just needs to be more familiar with her patient's illnesses. Had a terrific assistant but she was moved to the other doctor (Joanne?) The current assistance is absolutely clueless.

Dr. Lueking cares about her patients! she takes the time to listen to what you have to say. Dr Lueking far above any other Dr I have seen in the past. I recommend her to EVERY person I talk to!

She is fantastic with our infant son and shows a lot of compassion and understanding, especially toward new parents with lots of questions.
