Dr. Melissa Rose Mora, DO

I have been her patient since she started at Trillium, since she has gone into her own practice, you can never call and speak to her even when you have a serious medical issue. You have to email her and she never responds. Her staff is just as bad, never makes sure my refills of medication are called in, rarely answer the phone, all voicemail. Forgets to schedule appointments or tests. I would never recommend Dr Mora now and I am going to find a new primary.

I would never recommend this Dr. I have been her patient for over 3 years. all computer. No hands on. But the worst is that I took a blood test which showed irregularity on one issue. she had me take another blood test just to be sure. I have since called the office 4 DAYS in a row to get results and for new prescription. The first time I got through to the medical assistant who searched and said she would get back to me. She never did! Once i had to leave a message on the answering machine. I fully explained. Twice I got the office receptionist who promised to pass on my request. I also asked that Dr. Mora call me. This now the 5th DAY and I have heard from NO ONE!! How is this office being run?? This is UNCONSCIONABLE!!!

The front office does NOT answer their phone. It goes to a voicemail and says we will call you back when we are available.

Long wait always in a rush

I was a new patient attempting to schedule an appointment. I called twice, leaving two messages on the voicemail a week apart asking them to call so I could schedule an appointment. The second message stated that I was having pain in my left arm that was waking me from sleep and I'd like to get it looked at as soon as possible. It's been a week and a half since I left my first voicemail message and I still have not received a return call to schedule. I guess Dr. Mora doesn't need any more patients and doesn't value people.

Dr. Mora is a nice person, but she misdiagnosed my disease, which caused a delay in treatment. I finally found a competent doctor and was correctly diagnosed with an auto-immune disease.

When I first went to Dr. Mora she had a small practice and spent time talking with you and was very caring. Since her practice has grown and her staff has changed, I haven’t even been able to speak with her. I called the office 5 times and left messages saying what my medical problem was and no one called back. I finally pushed the button for making an appointment. The person I reached said she was busy and would not let me talk to her. I asked for her to please call me back. I was told since it had been over a year since I saw her she probably would call me back and would not give medical advice over the phone. In fact I had been to her office less than a year before for a pre surgery physical. I only wanted to know if I could take some magnesium citrate for constipation after several day of taking miralax and I never got a return phone call. A doctor is only as good as her support staff who had no right to block my opportunity to communicate with her, so for that reason I will not… go back to her.

LOVE Dr. Mora! Her and her staff are absolutely amazing, I can't say enough good things. They are friendly, knowledgable and make you feel so comfortable. I moved to Florida a few months ago and dreaded finding a new doctor, and I am so happy to have found Dr. Mora.

Dr Mora is the BEST!!! After searching for a primary care physician for years I found this caring intelligent doctor. Rare find a smart doctor with a good bed side personality
