She talks to you like a friend not a superior. She’s just Great!

My family has been going to Dr. Payne for over 15+years. She is very compassionate, listens and gives the best care. She has been the ONLY doctor our child has seen, takes wonderful care of everyone of us! She puts her knowledge and care in one bubble, checks and gives information regarding what is wrong. I LOVE how she has always wanted to find the root of the issues you're having and not one of these doctors to throw pain pills at you. We need more heartfelt doctors like her in this world!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Payne! I have been seeing her for many years. She has worked with me on a hard to treat cough over the years. I trust her knowledge completely. At times, the office staff have been slacking significantly. But I have zero complaints with Dr. Payne. I will follow her anywhere.

I have been with Dr. Payne for at least 10 years. She is always caring and complete. Wonderful sense of humor. Would recommend her to anyone.

No follow thru, bedside manner not good, touchy when you give your opinion about your own care

Dr. Payne has been very caring and efficient in all my experiences with her and her office.

Trying to get in for an emergency appt. did not work. I ended up going to the emergency room otherwise would have had waiting 2 weeks on an emergency. Office staff NEVER calls back.

She was great at first but now even when I'm out of necessary medications I have to beg and harass for it. She cancelled an appointment with me and the next one was two weeks down the road, unprofessional.

Dr Payne is the most caring, compassionate person I have ever met.

I have been going to Dr Payne for several years and I have to give praise for not only her professionalism but also her personalized compassion she has always had with me. She listens to what I have to say and her advice and procedures have always made a 100% difference in my life. I canâ??t say enough to express my appreciation with her not only as my physician but a friend. My only complaint is when I move from Ohio I canâ??t take her with meâ?¦ Sheâ??s the best.
