Worst doctor ever please do not send your elderly parent to her, she will do nothing for there pain she is in only worried about how it will affect her

I called my doctor because I was having problems with coughing and headaches during COVID the office called me back to tell me no appointments and the doctor is not just going call in a RX then she stated I hadn't been seen since 2018 and that was a lie I was seen in the office a couple months ago. So although Dr. Sheehan is a good doctor the office staff suck.

I completely agree that she doesn't listen, talks over you and leaves you feeling like you don't have a compassionate doctor. My last visit, she made me feel like a piece of crap. Guess what? I'm not.

This doctor lacks basic compassion and seems to make judgments as opposed to listen to the patient. Spoke to me like I was stupid and reasoned my increase in blood pressure was due to psychosomatic "white lab jacket anxiety" meaning I was just afraid of going to the doctor. Unbelievable.

This physician does not listen to her patients. When explaining symptoms she will cut you off and make her own conclusions. She is quick to order unneeded test that do not fit your symptoms. I left the office with no resolution. Found a new physician, thank God.

I took my grandparents to see Dr. Sheehan she totally blew over their symptoms, didn't really care about the issues they were experiencing. Every concern they had, she had the same answer "go and see the specialist", she told us that three times during that one visit. Basically good for giving you refills and thats about it. You can get your pharmacy to do that without even leaving your house. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is kind of arrogant. I don't know why, I've had far more prestigious doctors show more empathy.

Dr. Sheehan not only ignores your needs, but she is fast paced to the point that you cant even explain yourself. She is one sided, totally non-empathetic, and doesnt have a personality. I have never complained about a doctor in my life until her.

My previous family doctor was horrible. He was one of those arrogant doctors that don't really listen to what you have to say. Dr. Sheehan is the total opposite. She wants to get all of the information so that she has a good understanding of what's going on and then discusses the possibilities concerning the ailment and how she would like to proceed with finding out more. She spends however much time she needs with me and seems to truly care about her patients. The office, on the other hand, is dingy and old. There were tiny spiders all over the exam room. The wood paneling looks like it's from the 60's or 70's. Office staff aren't too friendly. Doctor deserves to be at a much better practice.
