I have been a patient of WFM for 12 years. Dr. Wester provides excellent care and genuine concern for her patients and their families. She is down to earth, understanding and goes the extra mile.

Takes months to get a follow up appointment after an emergency room visit. That's the only reason I left. She is an awesome doctor. I have never seen her husband, but I have heard great things about him, too.

Dr. Wester is a competent, caring physician who listens to her patients.

There is a staff member you can really show a Nasty attitude and that is this woman name "Linda" . No professionalism to her, just out right Nasty & tempermental. I would not leave my pet with someone like her nor place my business with a place that employs someone like her.

I've been going to Dr. Melissa Wester for several years and not once have I been disappointed. She is very pleasant, sweet and cute. She takes time to listen and she ask questions, as well. I wouldn't think about going to another doctor unless she refers me to a specialist. I trust her and the staff is just wonderful. I never have to wait a long time. The longest time that I've spent at her office was about 35 minutes (that is from the time I got there until the time I left). I would highly recommend her, if anyone is looking a doctor.

I love Dr. Melissa Wester. She is very personable and takes the time to talk to you. She will follow up with her patients when she gets reports from other doctors. AND, her staff is as wonderful as she is. What a great medical office!
