This doctor retired from the Town Center office. Her staff was great but she wasn’t very thorough and missed some potentially very serious symptoms. Anything other than getting a prescription for a very minor problem, it would have been far better to see a specialist. For example, there was no palpitation for chronic abdominal issues or range of motion for a very painful shoulder injury, among other things. It took literally years to get referrals to specialists & they were surprised at the lack of treatment. I don’t understand how on earth this doctor got any awards.

My family has been seeing Dr Young for almost 20 years. She may seem distant at first, but after a few visits she is just fine. I have complete confidence in her. The doctors she has referred me to have been great. She makes sure they will take care of you. The staff is friendly.

We have been seeing Dr Young for nearly 10 years as a PCM - a very bright lady - very careful with everthing she does - does not make mistakes.

Cold, impersonal, seems detached, distracted, wants to get the visit over with ASAP, throws out general knowledge not carefully enough, not very in depth, dispenses pills too easily for mental problems and isn't nice about discussing it, doesn't really seem interested in hearing anything just getting it over with, seems as though maybe she doesn't want to be there, office hours are awkward, but the office visits are probably the least expensive around the area and no appointment required. Doesn't seem very thorough and doesn't really ask questions. Fairly condescending. At least it seems as if she got rid of the extremely rude hispanic girl that was working there for quite a long time, thank goodness. The receptionists are nice enough. You will keep your mouth shut as much as possible if you know what's good for you when you go to visit this doctor. It is convenient location for people in the area though. Doesn't feel very secure somehow, but maybe she will be around for many years to… come, who knows.

Dr. Young has been our family doc since 1988. She has treated us always with care and her diagnosis are accurate. She and her staff are caring, prompt and interested in the individual. Dr. Young is careful about referrals to other docs for special issues. She checks the doctor out if she doesn't know them personally. My famil all feel Dr. Young is an integral part of or our health care.

The Dr. was prompt and most pleasant during my visit. The staff members wereall courteous and helpful. The office was very clean and inviting. I would return again while visiting the area.

Poor people skills, doesn't know her facts. Very Scary!
