Mercedes R Armstrong, FNP

My Dr. Is Mercedes Armstrong. She is fantastic. I never feel rushed or judged. She explains things clearly and repeatedly asks if I have questions. She is the only Dr who has asked and said anything about how and what I eat. She has a very calm demeanor and makes you feel relaxed. I did not leave the appointment and later say to myself, of shoot I forgot to ask about... Because I had time to think and didn't worry having my questions answered.

Ms Mercedes Armstrong, NP is an excellent provider. She carefully listened to my comments on the salient cardiac issues I am experiencing since my recent diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis and provided me with concise answers to my medical questions and concerns. I am fortunate to have Ms. Armstrong on my medical care team.

Ms. Armstrong was very thorough, and she explained things and answered my questions very openly and understandably to my satisfaction. She was willing to take all the time needed to help me understand the answers to my questions as well as how she felt I was currently progressing. She was a true professional in regard to everything she did on my behalf.

Mercedes was excellent, Listened to my medical experiences. Discussed my health issues and explained what was happening and I understand them better than ever. Showed concern and plans to meet with me again in 3 months and I will wear a monitor in advance to establish any changes or additional problems. Instructed me to call right away if I faint again or have other problems.

Mercedes is very thorough, answers all my questions. Explains everything in easy to understand fashion.
