Dr. Mercy Rossana Bayot Moore

I'd like to preface my comment by stating that this is strictly my opinion. As a patient who has diabetes and is a heart patient, it is very critical that I take my medication on time every day. Dr. Moore refused to refill my prescriptions until I made an appointment to see her. I went without my insulin medications for two months because of her refusal which greatly affected my health. Humana Pharmacy contacted her office at least three times with the same refusal results. During this time, I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and was going to the heart doctor three times in two months and paying $50 each visit which meant I couldn't afford to make an appointment with Dr. Moore. I had to decide who was more important. I have since moved out of this state and would not recommend Dr. Moore to anybody. There are some very good physicians in Charlotte, especially my heart doctor, but this is not one of them. There's no mercy in Dr. Mercy Moore.

If you have an appointment, very short wait time. Doctor is friendly and takes enough time with with patients to be thorough, very good at diagnosis, and good follow up.
