I went to see Dr Cousin because my Neurologist retired. I took all my medical records to her. She said I don’t know what you want from me and why you’re here. I told her about my back surgeries I had and the nerve damage. She brushed it off and was very rude. When I had the next appointment they put me with a nurse practitioner. And I asked for my medical records back. They told me they didn’t have anything from my old doctor that I handed doctor.Cousin personally. So she basically threw my records in the trash. She’s a horrible doctor!!!

Dr. Cousin is very comprehensive and thorough in her evaluation and treatment. She is a compassionate and skilled Doctor.

I have been with Dr. Cousin for 2+ years.Dr. Meredith W Cousin is my fourth neurologist, she is excellent. Dr. Cousin will work to find the problem not fix the symptom. She was very formal for the first couple of meetings, less formal as we went on. Dr. Cousin will take as much time as needed. I do not feel rushed at any time. When doctors take as much time as needed this means wait time will get extended. This is the tradeoff. I have had several test by different doctors their staff has always called me back. Dr. Cousin takes no crap will not waste time on those that will not follow her input. When I need a kick in the butt she will do it. I need that kind of doctor.

We waited two weeks for a follow up from a brain and back scan. Never heard from Dr. Cousin only the staff (rude). follow up was with a NP not Dr. Cousin, which we were not informed of before the appointment.

I HAVE SURVIVED THIRTEEN STROKES! I HAVE MANY DOCTORS; SHE IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE - HER BEDSIDE MANNERS ARE SIMPLY PERFECT.
