Dr. Meredith Renee Wicklund, MD

After listening to symptoms and examination of all deficiencies that were noted all she can say is lack of sleep and therapy is needed. This is after other neurologist verified symptoms were neurological in origin. She is a specialist at barrow and she should not be there at all. She had no empathy or regards to issues. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Never go see here again

Drove all the way to Gainesville for a less than 10 minute appointment. She was not helpful and not worth a 2.5 hr drive. If you want to see a doctor simply shrug and say how can I help you, though, maybe it’s worth a trip.

She spent an adequate amount of time with my husband. She was reassuring in the fact that surgery wasn't in the near future, but could occur if symptoms deteriorated. I'm glad she was thorough, but I'm also still concerned about my husbands prognosis.

During the initial intake immediately after arriving at Shands, Dr. Wicklund was extremely attentive and through. She took time to LISTEN when other were quick to dismiss.
