You get an appointment pretty quickly with Dr Kennedy's office. When you come in for your appointment, it is rare that you wait more than 15 to be taken to an exam room. You could wait another 10 to 15 to see the Doctor. He is conservative in treatment and surgery,except if a more liberal approach is warranted. He is excellent at explaining what is wrong, what he recommends and why. all of his explanations is done in good layperson terms. Good follow up after surgery.
