Dr. Merrill Ansher, MD

My husband booked an appointment with Dr. Ansher weeks in advance. They called twice in 48 hours to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time only to be told Dr. Ansher no longer had time to see him and he could make another appointment a month out. No explanation, no phone call to cancel. Very unprofessional doctor and staff. Don't bother. You can find better.

staff is rude and doctor is very quiet and doesn't engage in conversation. He may be listening but doesn't make eye contact. He does not go out of his way to help his patients. He does not offer suggestions or referrals to other doctors if he doesnt know the answer....he offers very limited support.

Dr. is very shy and doesn't have a great bedside manner, however he seems like a very nice man. His staff is very aggressive, insensitive, rude and unprofessional. They behave as though the patient is putting them out and not at all helpful. The only reason I have stayed with this Dr. is that I was told by other Drs. that he is very smart and I needed help. I do like the Dr. but the nasty staff may drive me away.

Dr Ansher has been my doctor for 23 years. If that doesn't say it all...
