Dr. Nassef is a wonderful caring person. My son has severe allergies and she has been so understanding and caring to him. Every appointment has been a positive experience. My children love her and the staff. I would recommend Dr. Nassef she is wonderful with children, and listens to the parents concerns as well. She took her time to explain things to me and my child, she always answers every question I have. There should be more doctors like her.

I am so sad to see the negative comments about Dr Nassef.She is busy ,yes ,because she is such a phenomenal doctor in her field and spends as much time as needed with each patient .

My son has been a patient since he was four years old, he is now nineteen. The doctor has managed his severe food allergies and seasonal ones with great success. She takes her time with the office visit and listens to any concerns. I would highly recommend her as a great allergist.

Although I have had long waits on some visits, most of the time the wait is very short. Dr. Nassef has always listened to my questions attentively and answered them respectfully and with complete answers that left me without any questions about my options. I had a very bad experience at a previous allergist who not only never called me with the results of my blood test (so for years I had no idea that I had a cat allergy) but highly discouraged me from getting shots for a severe dust allergy. I spent a lot of money on ineffective beddings enclosures and dehumidifiers and wound up suffering for many more years before I finally went for a second opinion. Dr. Nassef immediately recommended immunotherapy shots for my dust allergy and my health has already significantly improved as a result.

To be honest I didn't notice no accent at all plus she is very patient, she takes all the time she needs to talk about my husband condition. She helped us a lot,I think she is very professional accurate in diagnosing a problem contrarily to what others are saying and she has a lot of knowledge about what she is doing. My husband start seeing the result the same night of the visit.

I took my daughter to this doctor for check up and she was not very professional...all she seemed to care about is making sure you book your next appointment on your way out so she can keep the cash coming....very bad bed side manner too...will never go to her again...

Dr. Nassef has been treating my family for over 5 years. I am saddened to read the other review. She has no heavy accent. In fact, we notice no accent whatsoever! My son was very young when we first saw her. Sometimes, during a visit, he would jump around in her personal office, going behind her desk while she was discussing his condition with me. As with all children, it would require my correcting the behavior one or more times before he sat down. Not once did she lose her patience. Dr. Nassef has always taken the time to thoroughly explain our conditions, and answer all of our questions. My son is older now, and has his own questions to ask. She has no problem discussing his condition with both of us. Besides being kind and friendly, Dr. Nassef is successfully treating our allergies. I would tell anybody who asks that we are lucky to have such a good doctor on Staten Island. She is very good with children!
