Dr. Mian Bei, MD

I had Dr. Bei for my PCP because her office was convenient for me by metro. I had no problem setting appointments, nor did I ever have a lone wait time in her office. However I did find her bedside manner to be abrupt. Dr. Bei is not good a explaining a course of action on any diagnoses, just writes a prescription for medication, test, or specialist and tells you when to return. I never felt the sense of being in a sterile environment, and the worse being the bathroom, cleaning more often a must, but repairing wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Dr. Bei is impatient and rude. I visited her office and hoped to get a referral. She checked and told me that according to my symptom I didn't need to see a specialist. When I asked for further explanation to me and my wife, she became angry. I was told that my behavior was disrespectful and we should switch to another family doctor after today. We felt insulted.

dr bei is my family doctor for 8 years. I am very satisfied with the medical professional services her clinic provided. Comparing to my previous family doctors, i rate her the best.

I dont understand the previous reviewer or why Dr Bei was given a low rating. I have been seeing Dr Bei for ten years now and she has always been caring and kind. She listens well and I can always get a quick appointment when I need to see her.

She is not the doctor that you like to see.
