Where do I begin. I received the worst care from start to finish. From the moment we entered the building my 5 year old was forced into wearing a mask. After he said he had trouble breathing the person told him he had to wear the mask and it was required. She also wanted me to force my 2 year old to wear one! During the visit we waited about half an hour before the provider came in to visit. Dr. Aldous had the worst bed side manners. He payed attention to his computer more than us, his patients. During examination, instead of having me, the child's mom, take off her shorts and diaper he did it on his own. While checking her legs he noticed a bruise on her leg. This was a normal bruise that happened while playing outside. He asked me what had happened I told him it was from playing outside, shes outside a lot with her brother. He then questioned if I had hit my child. Something I would NEVER do. After that he paid no more attention to my kids, being more concerned about the bruise. For… my son he decided to pick him up and put him on the exam table instead of me. When doing the physical exam it seemed he had no care in touching my son. He also did not perform hand hygiene during the whole visit. At the end of the exam he questioned me again about the bruise on my daughters leg and asked if I was sure I don't hit her. He stated "are you sure you didn't hit her because it looks like she was hit with a stick." He made me feel like the worst mom ever! I told him no we do not hit our children and then looked at my son for an answer! Seriously, the WORST bedside manner! I will never take my kids to see him again, nor will I be returning to this clinic for future visits. If I could I would give this provider zero stars.

Dr. Aldous has been our pediatrician for four years. He has always been kind, caring and conscientious. He works very thoroughly to be sure that all concerns are addressed adequately.

When ever my daughter has had an appointment, I should have just stayed home for an extra 30-40 minutes so he would be on time. He is one of those drs that "knows everything" and doesnt really seem to listen or care. Major health problems are virtually ignored completely. In my opinion, he should find another profession...

I waited in a exam room for 30 minutes after our appointment time. The doctor never came in and nobody checked on us. When we decided to leave we found that he was just standing in the hall talking and joking with the nurses.

We have found Dr. Aldous to be thorough and caring. He spends extra time when we have questions and is very kind. He knows what he is talking about and does a great job with our kids.

Dr. Aldous is the worst pediatrician I have ever had. He sent off a bad vibe and seemed as though he was just there for the paycheck as well as his staff! He never followed up on anything and always sent us to a specialist that gave me the same feeling. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
