Our son was a preemie and special needs. Dr Arbel had been amazing.

Very disappointed at lack of communication of staff and dishonesty. My son was on an extended vaccination schedule at my request. I believe in vaccinating a child against horrible diseaes, but wanted to be cautious in giving too many at one time. I was unable to take my son to his checkup appointment so my husband took him. I called the office and explained my son would not be getting shots today. When my husband arrived to he office the staff proceeded to tell him that my son needed vaccines. My husband was confused because I had told him no shots today, but they told him they had talked to me on the phone, so he trusted them. They proceeded to give my son 6 vaccines, including Hep B which I completely objected to since he won't be having sex or injecting drugs anytime soon. Needless to say I was furious this doctor's office would put their own personal beliefs before the parents. My son was sick for the next three days with fever, confusion, had problems seeing as he kept running… into the wall. This office does not care about a parents wishes for their child and puts their own agenda first. I pulled my son's records (which they made me pay for) and told them to erase his file from their computer. They told me they had completely erased him from their databases, which was a lie. They called several times over the next few months trying to schedule appointments. This office is dishonest and unethical, beware. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
