Dr. Michael John Beck, PhD

My experience of Dr. Beck was not only positive and very helpful but he was also able to reduce my anxiety from the outset. He is an older professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly, based on my personal experience.

When I initially made my apt with the Dr it was clear he is very old and sounded uninterested. He asked me what my problem was in a way I found odd. When we did meet for our first visit his home office looks like that of a hoarder, he offered No input and was actually nodding off. You can imagine how upsetting and insulting that is to a patient. I did not want to set another apt. He called me and left a message telling me he told me he could not get in contact with my insurance to bill me and he said I needed to call my insurance for him or he was gonna bill me personally for his “service”. I’m pretty sure I’m not his billing department and to bill a patient you fell asleep on is basically fraud. He needs to retire and it’s absolutely appalling he is a Dr. To leave this review I had leave one star which is too many. Do not waste your time seeing him it is actually a detriment to your wellbeing.
