Recently I had a family member that was very ill. Dr. Bergman stepped in where the other doctors failed and diagnosed the issue and had the infection treated effectively. Dr. Bergman was a caring & knowledgeable doctor & my Aunt made a full recovery thanks to him!

He can diagnose, but not much else. He seemed preoccupied and not really present. He looked tired and aggravated, like it was almost an imposition to be available. I felt like he doesn't like being a doctor and maybe this is just a business for him.

Dr Bergman is an excellent diagnostician and exhibited a caring attitude and warmth. He followed up to see how patient was responding to his treatment suggestions and was truly pleased at patient's progress. Dr Bergman gives you a sense that he is involved with his patients and cares not just about their recovery but about their day to day comfort and well being too.

I contacted Dr Bergman with a question regarding a charge on a medicare statement. Medicare gave me the phone number and it turned out to be his personal cellphone. As I started to tell him how I got this number he hung up on me without finding out why I was calling. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
