This doctor has terrible bedside manner. He is patronizing in the way he speaks to you and is not a compassionate person at heart. Unable to give him a positive recommendation at all.

First I waited 2 1/2 hrs before seeing him, his attitude was uncaring, told I had a tumor which could wait a couple of yes before removing it! Went to another Dr it was removed in 2 mos, kidney saved, will never go back or recommend Bickerton . tests results were never called to me, I had to call them. Messages left never returned.

Recently had a blood test which revealed an elevated PSA and left 4 messages for Dr Bickerton which have not been returned even though I have been a regular patient for 10 yrs

Dr Bickerton is by far my favorite doctor I've ever been to. I had been seeing another doctor for months for kidney stones, and he was having me repeat the same tests over and over without ever moving on to any kind of treatment. I finally got tired of it and went to Dr. Bickerton, and right after diagnosing me we scheduled a surgery to remove the stones. You can tell that he's extremely knowledgeable, and he's friendly without wasting too much time schmoozing with patients. I feel like he takes all my concerns seriously - I tend to avoid male doctors as they usually try to brush things aside as being "hormonal" and never look into it any further, but I never worry about him doing that to me. Office staff is excellent as well.
